In 2022, New Classic was proud to contribute to one of Qatar’s most iconic and important structures, the Al Thumama World Cup Stadium, a venue celebrated for its architectural and cultural significance. This modern stadium, constructed for the FIFA World Cup 2022, has a unique design inspired by the traditional Gahfiya headdress worn by men across the Middle East. Our role in this monumental project was the execution of the GRG (Glass-Reinforced Gypsum) Wall Cladding Works, in collaboration with our client, Medtel WN.

The project involved the design, fabrication, and installation of 5000 square meters of GRG wall cladding. This extensive work played a critical role in enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of the stadium.
